EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
Items purchased through this website or in the retail store are accepted for exchange or store credit if returned within 15 days, accompanied by the original sales receipt. Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit only. All items are subject to a quality control inspection before they are accepted. Items must be in their original condition with the original receipt and packaging.
Please email our Customer Service Center at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 307.734.0553 for a confirmation number prior to sending the merchandise. Please write the confirmation number on the outside of the package.

For items you are exchanging, i.e. for a different item or different size, please include your preferred payment method of $15.00 in your package for the return shipping cost via Fedex Express Saver. You can use a check, credit card or you can send us a prepaid label using Fedex or UPS.
For security reasons, please do not write “Pearls by Shari” on the outside of the package. Please abbreviate to “PBS”.
Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable, merchandise credit.
