Shipping


Currently, we are only able to accept online orders for shipping addresses within the United States, and do not ship internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Pearls by Shari does not send orders to post office boxes. For each address within the United States, the following specifications apply: 

Home Delivery: Shipping prices are calculated according to your delivery selection at check out. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. You will be notified via email when your order has been shipped.
Items ordered together may not always ship together. If your order requires more than one shipment, you will only be charged one shipping fee. 
Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 1:00PM MST Monday through Friday will be delivered on the following day, including Saturdays, where Saturday delivery service is available. Sunday delivery and holiday delivery are not available. Next-day delivery is not offered for items that must be made in order to ship.

MORE INFORMATION ON COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING: 
•The total price of the merchandise must meet the required amount in order to receive complimentary shipping. 
•Sales tax and/or shipping rates do not count toward the total amount. 
•Multiple items totaling the required amount will not receive free shipping if sent to multiple addresses.
•Complimentary shipping is only available for orders placed on the U.S. Website for domestic delivery. 
•The ending time for free shipping is 11:59PM Mountain Standard Time on the last day of the offer.

Repairs

We repair items made by Pearls by Shari, in addition to working on various restring and redesign projects. You may bring the repair or restring into our retail location or send it via insured mail. If sending the item via mail, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Download our Repair Form.
  2. Print form and complete all information.
  3. Enclose the form and the item to be repaired.
  4. Send item and form, via insured shipping method, to:

After we make an assessment, we will send you a free estimate. Pearls By Shari is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.

Please include in the package your preferred payment method for the return shipping cost of either $22.00- Fedex 3-day signature required, $16.00- Fedex 3-day no signature required, or $8.00- USPS. You can use a check or credit card, or you can send us a prepaid label using Fedex, UPS or USPS. If customers choose USPS or Fedex 3-day no signature required, Pearls by Shari is not responsible for any packages left or stolen upon return, as our insurance will not cover packages with no signature required. In choosing no signature required, the customer acknowledges that he or she is responsible for the package.

All redesign projects should be discussed in person with our design team at our retail location, prior to sending any items in to our store. Pearls By Shari reserves the right to decline any repair, redesign, or restring request. Shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, unless agreed upon otherwise with a Pearls By Shari representative.

Exchange and Return Policy

Items purchased through our website will be accepted for exchange, store credit or return, if returned within 30 days from the date of purchase and accompanied by the original sales receipt. All items are subject to a quality control inspection before they are accepted. Please follow the instructions below for shipping items back to us:

1. Download Return and Exchanges Form.

2. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

3. Enclose the form, item to be exchanged, and payment for return shipping. (See payment instructions below)

4. Send item and form, via insured shipping method, to:

Payment Instructions:

For items you are exchanging, i.e. for a different item or different size, please include in the package your preferred payment method for the return shipping cost of either $15.99-Fedex 3-day signature required, $11.99- Fedex 3-day no signature required, or $7.00- USPS. You can use a check or credit card, or you can send us a prepaid label using Fedex, UPS or USPS. If customers choose USPS or Fedex 3-day no signature required, Pearls by Shari is not responsible for any packages left or stolen upon return, as our insurance will not cover packages with no signature required. In choosing no signature required, the customer acknowledges that he or she is responsible for the package. If you do not want to include a check or prepaid label, a Pearls by Shari representative will contact you for payment.

 

For security reasons, please do not write “Pearls by Shari” on the outside of the package. Please abbreviate to “PBS”.

 

Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable, merchandise credit.

Appraisals

Pearls by Shari does not offer appraisals. However, we can offer a Certificate of Authenticity.


A Certificate of Authenticity is provided solely for the purpose of advising your insurer of Pearls by Shari’s retail price for new merchandise matching or most nearly equivalent to your item, in case the item is lost, stolen, or damaged. It does not provide historical information, and it does not constitute an estimate of the value of any item when sold on the estate jewelry or auction markets.

-Tahitian Pearls and pearl designs
